Delivery and Return Policy Agreement

1. Delivery

1.1. Boheme USA will prepare and dispatch the Buyer’s order as soon as possible after receiving it.

1.2. The delivery period may vary depending on the Buyer’s location and the chosen shipping provider. However, Boheme USA will make every effort to ensure that the order is delivered in the shortest possible time.

1.3. In the event that the products are damaged or incomplete upon delivery, the Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance, request an official damage report from the courier, and must contact Boheme USA immediately.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. The Buyer may return any product purchased from Boheme USA within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

2.2. Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

2.3. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact Boheme USA and submit a return request.

2.4. Once the return is processed, an email confirmation will be sent to the Buyer indicating that the return has been accepted.

2.5. The refund for returned products will be issued via the original payment method after the products are received by Boheme USA and inspected for compliance with the return conditions.

3. Product Exchange

3.1. If the Buyer wishes to exchange a product due to damage or incorrect shipment, they must contact Boheme USA and clearly state the reason for the exchange.

3.2. Once the eligibility for exchange is confirmed, Boheme USA will ship the replacement product to the Buyer.

3.3. Any refunds related to exchanged items will be processed in accordance with the procedures outlined in the “Return Conditions” section above.

4. Applicability

These delivery and return conditions apply to all products sold through Boheme USA’s official website.

This agreement becomes effective upon electronic approval by both parties.
